WANTAGH, NY — A Wantagh business was closed Thursday by the Town of Hempstead for operating an illegal massage parlor, police said.

The town's building department issued numerous violations and boarded up the business located at 2901-S Wantagh Avenue.

An investigation by the Nassau County Narcotics Vice Squad Detectives determined the location was a front for illegal massages and prostitution.
