Woman Killed In Southern State Crash
The 39-year-old was pronounced dead at the hospital Sunday morning, police say.

SEAFORD, NY – A 39-year-old woman was killed in a two-car crash on the Southern State Parkway Sunday morning, State Police said.
According to police, Miguelina A. Mojica, of Elmont, was driving a 1993 Toyota Camry westbound, just west of 28A–Route 135, when she lost control of the car and struck the center median guardrail at about 8:12 a.m.
The Toyota then collided with a 2015 Nissan Rogue, police said. Mojica was pronounced dead at Nassau University Medical Center. No other injuries were reported.

State Police are requesting that anyone who may have witnessed the crash to contact State Police Farmingdale at 631-756-3300. All calls will remain confidential.
