Our organization provides essential support to Ukrainian Humanitarian parolees through the Ukraine Supplemental Appropriation to Resettlement Agencies (USARA) Program. Through USARA, we help individuals and families achieve stability, economic independence, and successful integration into the community. We serve Ukrainian citizens paroled into the U.S., as well as non-Ukrainians who resided in Ukraine and were paroled into the U.S. between February 24, 2022 and September 30, 2024. A woman on the tracks at the Wantagh train station caused delays on the LIRR Saturday morning. <a href="http://www.newsday.com/long-island/nassau/lirr-person-struck-by-train-in-wantagh-causing-train-delay-1.13651147" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">According to Newsday</a>, the woman was spotted by the conductor, who managed to stop the train before it fully pulled into the Wantagh station. However, the woman was still covered by the train and had to be removed from under the cars. It was unclear if she was hit.The incident caused delays along the Babylon Line of the LIRR. Those delays have since been cleared, but there are still schedule changes on the line due to planned work.Photo: Patch
