• PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARINGS – September 17, 2026 – Village of Montebello, NY (montebellony.gov) — A Veolia Water facility based in West Nyack is seeking a zoning variance in Montebello to add a PFAS treatment and filtration system to existing village wells, with a public hearing set for September 17. Residents can also weigh in on a separate request to slightly expand a covered porch on Rose Hill Road, with full applications available at the village office or online.
