A West Village Children's Book Set in the Neighborhood

I am a West Village local and a children's book author. My book, Small Dog, Big City, follows Maple, a small dog who steps outside her West Village apartment and faces the great big city. The honking taxis, rumbling garbage trucks, and towering buildings feel overwhelming... until the neighborhood begins to say hello back. It is a love letter to the West Village, written and set here, by a neighbor who loves the community. The book features beautifully illustrated scenes of real, recognizable West Village locations.
