Shirtless Slapper Hurls Anti-Gay Slurs At West Vil Jogger: NYPD

It's the second time in New York City this week a man screamed anti-gay hate speech at a woman he then hit.

WEST VILLAGE, NY — A shirtless man hurling anti-gay slurs slapped a woman to the ground in Hudson River Park, police said Wednesday.

It's the second time in a week the NYPD told of a strange man spewing homophobic hate speech and hitting a woman in New York City.

The jogger, 52, was slapped in the face outside Pier 40 near Houston Street about 8:30 p.m. Monday night, police said.

Her fall to the ground caused cuts to her face, knee and hand, police said.

The man — who stands 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 210 pounds — ran away from the woman he'd just attacked, said police.

Although the image police release shows the stranger-slapping man showing off his six pack, cops say was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, gray shorts, and gray sneakers.

News of the attack arrived the same day police announced a racist scrawled a swastika on a West Village Jewish seminary.

On Tuesday, police announced the arrest of an anti-gay attacker who broke a young woman's nose in Brooklyn.
