WEST VILLAGE, MANHATTAN — Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick might be leaving Charles Street for the first time in 20 years, but they won't be going far, according to reports.

The Sex and the City star and her husband have been quietly trying to sell their Charles Street townhouse for $19 million, sources told the New York Post.

Parker and Broderick have owned the home since 2000, when they bought it for $2.99 million. The pair have made millions of dollars worth of investments in the property over the years and have more recently been working on combining two townhouses at 273 and 275 West 11th St., according to the Post.

The couple bought the new home, just blocks from their Charles Street spot, for $34.5 million in 2016.

Their Charles Street townhouse is not officially on the market yet, but is available via a “whisper” or “pocket” listing, the Post said.

“They are keeping this very quiet,” a source told the Post's Gimme Shelter.

The home is where Parker had Halloween pumpkins stolen off her stoop in October.
