Sarah Jessica Parker Spotted At CB 2 Meeting For Village's Fedora
The Sex and the City star was spotted at a West Village Community Board 2 liquor licensing committee meeting.

WEST VILLAGE, NY — Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted at a Community Board 2 liquor licensing meeting on Thursday.
The famous actress told Patch she was in attendance to hear an application for a West Village restaurant in the basement of a townhome, called Fedora, located at 239 West Fourth St.
The actress sat in the back of a SoHo church sporting pink, heeled booties.

It is unclear her thoughts on the Fedora's application, but just last Friday, SJP was seen at the West Village eatery with Andy Cohen, Bravo late night talk show host.
The Village restaurant technically opened in 1917 but was re-invented into a bar with a trendy cocktail menu, drawing the likes of SJP and former actress now member of the British royal family, Meghan Markle, who's favorite cocktail is Fedora's dirty martini.

Fedora is proposing to extend its restaurant space by building out into the backyard. Some neighbors opposed such an extension, saying noisy glass-clanking and chatty customers will meet the bedroom windows of the neighboring townhouse, while others lauded the operators' reputation.
Though the civic-minded celebrity spent her Thursday evening at the liquor licensing CB 2 meeting and even voted in a one-off February special election for public advocate, some of her neighbors have recently been outraged by an ongoing megamansion project in the neighborhood. Her and Matthew Broderick's West Village home is undergoing interior demolition work on two brick townhouses located on West 11th St. between West Fourth and Bleecker Sts., the New York Post reported.
SJP wasn't the only notable person at the CB 2 liquor license committee meeting Thursday evening.
The new owner of historic literary haunt White Horse Tavern Eytan Sugarman was also there, presenting to the committee along with a slew of other bars and restaurants.
