These Meatpacking Restaurants Will Donate Drink Proceeds to the ACLU All Month

Participating restaurants will donate $1 of specific drink orders as part of the "Holiday Hangover: Drink up and Give Back" event.

MEATPACKING DISTRICT, NY — Everyone knows the Meatpacking District is home to some of the best restaurants and bars in the city. Throughout the month, New Yorkers can enjoy these establishments while helping others when ordering select drinks at various Meatpacking District hot spots.

Participating restaurants will donate $1 of select drink orders to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) throughout the month of January as part of the "Holiday Hangover: Drink up and Give Back" event.

For almost 100 years, the ACLU has worked diligently to defend and preserve the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the U.S., such as free speech, reproductive rights, voting rights and criminal justice reform. The organization's headquarters is in the city at 125 Broad St.
