Affordable Care Act: What is this law all about and what is in it for me?

New affordable and
comprehensive health insurance options will be available for New Yorkers. Open
enrollment began on October 1st for coverage that begins on January
1, 2014. All health care options will offer a comprehensive array of services.
Kelly Ann Murray, Director of Health Care Programs for the Health and Welfare
Council of Long Island, will be at the Quogue Library on Tuesday, October 22nd
at 6 p.m. to discuss this new act and answer questions that you may have so
that you can choose the best plan for you.
