We’re running adult ballroom and Latin dance classes in Southampton with our new instructors Val & Neda — and they’ve been fantastic with beginners.
It’s a really relaxed, friendly class — no pressure and no partner needed.
A nice way to get out, meet people and try something new without it feeling like a big commitment.
