The Breakout Artist Series of young singer-songwriters and musicians kicks off on March 9 with Romantic troubadour Diego Garcia. The series is presented by the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center, in partnership with WEHM 92.9 & 96.9FM, which is currently playing Garcia's song "You Were Never There."
