Hampton Bays Man Nabbed For Driving Drunk: Cops
He was arrested at 3:50 a.m. Sunday on Montauk Highway, police say.
HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A Hampton Bays man was nabbed for driving drunk on Sunday, police said.
According to New York State Police, Benitez Vasquez, 32, was arrested at 3:50 a.m. on Montauk Highway near Ponquogue Ave. after he was stopped for failing to maintain his lane.
Upon further investigation, Vasquez was found to be intoxicated with a BAC of .14%, police said.

Vasquez was arrested, charged with driving while intoxicated, and released on an appearance ticket returnable on Sept. 10 to Southampton Justice Court, police said.
