'Hamptons Got Talent' Auditions Kick Off Friday In Hampton Bays
Kids in grades 5 to 12 who live in Southampton Town are eligible to enter and showcase their talents.

HAMPTON BAYS, NY — It's that time of the year again, when local young stars get a chance to shine.
The Town of Southampton Youth Bureau will be holding open auditions for their annual "Hamptons Got Talent" competition on Friday.
The auditions take place Friday at the Hampton Bays Community Center, located at 25 Ponquogue Avenue in Hampton Bays, then again on Thursday, January 18 at Southampton Town Hall, located 116 Hampton Road in Southampton, and on Tuesday, January 23 at the Flanders Community Center, located at 655 Flanders Road.

Auditions will run from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on all 3 dates. Students in grades 5 to 12, residing in the Town of Southampton, are eligible to enter.
Solo artists, bands, dance groups, poets, magicians, comedians, and other artistic acts are encouraged to audition.

If a contestant chooses to sing at an audition, he or she must be prepared to bring music without vocals.
Auditions for MC will also be held on all 3 dates.
Finalists selected will perform in the 5th Annual Hamptons Got Talent Competition, which will be held on March 2 at Hampton Bays High School, located at 88 East Argonne Rd.
