Man Caught Driving Drunk on Montauk Highway in Westhampton: Police
The Shirley man was stopped for failing to maintain his lane, police said.
WESTHAMPTON, NY - A Shirley man was arrested early Saturday after he was nabbed for driving drunk on Montauk Highway in Westhampton, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, Gexsi Rojas, 23, was arrested at 3:53 a.m. after he was seen driving and failing to maintain his lane of traffic.
After he was stopped, police determined that Rojas was intoxicated, police said.

He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, crossing road hazard markings, a violation, and obstructed view, a violation, police said.
He was transported to Southampton Town Police headquarters for arrest processing and held for morning arraignment, police said.
