This week has a New Moon as its starting point, the first New Moon of the Astrological New Year.  The New Moon occurs  3/30/2014 at 2:45 PM EDT at 9 degree’s Aries, any of the Cardinal signs  Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn, with planets in this degree will feel this Moon stronger than most.  Aries is all about new starts, beginning taking action, so this New Moon should incorporate all of these things.  Where in your life do you need to take actions or make a new start, today is the day to make a plan that can be implemented.  The planet Uranus is conjunct or next to the Sun for this New Moon, so whatever you take action on its time to do it in a new way try something different.  A down side to this combination is weather and earth events, California has had a couple of earthquakes over the past week, this New Moon can indicate more are to come in the near future.  Uranus is known as the planet of the earthquake and they happen more often during New or Full Moon’s.  We may also see some unusual or wild weather during the week.

We welcome April with the Sun conjunct Uranus and squaring Pluto a difficult energy that again affects the cardinal signs.  This is the beginning of a Grand Square that will become an influence at the end of the month more about that when its closer.  April Fools jokes don’t go over so well today, we are not in the mood for a joke we are very serious and want only that which is true and useful. Long held anger or frustration can all off a sudden take us by surprise and we become very reactive so watch your feelings and do what you can to stay centered so they are kept in check

On Thursday we have a wonderful Venus trine Saturn, this most benefits the water signs, Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces, but everyone will benefit.  This is an energy that combines common sense with the intuitive nature it’s a balance that works so well we create and accomplish without even thinking about it.  We may even feel like the universe is just downloading positive information to us.  It’s a great day to get a hard job done, to sit down and do your tax’s if they are not already done, or maybe come up with a family budget.  Its also a great day for talking to someone or someone's  about how you feel, a good time to get things off your chest in a loving way so you can move on.

Thursday also presents us with some Moon Venus energy, the Moon in Taurus squares Venus in Aquarius, this energy can work itself out in several ways.  You can find it’s a day that highlights your need for independents causes friction in relationships or you may be able to find a creative way to stimulate a relationship that has become a little stale.  The energy is strong use it wisely.
