Our week starts as Mars pulls away from a square of Pluto, a rather volatile energy, and is pulling into an opposition of the planet Uranus, again pretty volatile. Anyone who has Cardinal signs, Aries, Cancer, Libra or Capricorn, in degree’s between 11 and 16 degree’s will feel the effects of this energy. This is an uncomfortable energy and on a personal level it can cause anxiety, nervousness and restlessness. It also means those around us may be acting either erratically or in anger or both. So its best to avoid any type of confrontations as well as any places that carry an unstable or unsettled energy. On the world stage these are planets of conflicts, wars and possible earth events such as earth quakes, volcanoes or destructive weather. Even though the cardinal signs are feeling the brunt of this energy everyone should use common sense when it comes to volatile or dangerous situations.
We also have a wonderful Saturn Chiron trine right in time for Father’s Day. Saturn represents the father in any chart, he is the elder the masculine role model, Chiron is the healer the place were we have a wound that needs to heal. So these two bodies together give us the ability to heal those wounds that were inflicted in childhood. So any of you that have Father “issues” have an opportunity to let go of the hurt and accept the healing.
On Tuesday the 17th we have a beautiful Venus Jupiter sextile, this is a great energy for financial security it’s a good day to make financial choices. This is also just a feel good energy, but you do have to watch about feeling to good and overdoing. Eating, drinking and just satisfying the senses is the energy of the day. We also have Mercury back into Gemini on Tuesday as it does this it conjuncts the Sun so we may not see things clearly we tend to see them as we want to see them. Just be aware of this as at one point what you don’t see clearly will have to be faced.
On Thursday Uranus makes a minor aspect with the Sun and Mercury this is an indication of ideas flying all over the place, mental energy that just explodes. You will have many good ideas within this the trick is to pick out the ones that can work and let go of the ones that won’t. They all look good during this energy making your choices more difficult.
Saturday June 21 the Sun moves into Cancer at 6:51 AM, this is the beginning of summer and the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year. The Sun in Cancer represents a time when family, home and security becomes more important to us.
