Photos: Westhampton Beach Town House Project Gets Underway

Once complete the project will result in 39 units.

The Westhampton Pines Tiber Ridge townhouse project is now underway on a six-acre plot on Old Riverhead Road in Westhampton Beach.

Workers have been busy clearing land, laying foundations, and constructing the first of six buildings that will eventually be constructed on the property.

According to Paul Houlihan, Westhampton Beach's building and zoning administrator, the project, once complete, will include a total of 39 2,300 square foot townhouse/codo units that will each be uniquely designed.

Each upscale unit, said Houlihan, will have two garages and residents of the community will have access to a swimming pool and a clubhouse.

So far, Houlihan says one of the buildings has gone up and there are plans to immediately construct a second building of which the foundation has already been laid. The remaining buildings, said Houlihan, will be built as units are sold.

The units, according to Timber Ridge website, market for $594,200 and $614,700.
