Police: Hampton Bays Man Arrested For Driving While Under the Influence of Drugs, Drug Possession
The man was arrested after he was stopped in Flanders on Wednesday morning.

A Hampton Bays man was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs and other drug charges in Flanders on Wednesday morning, according to Southampton Town Police.
John A. Jensen, 39, was stopped for a traffic infraction on Flanders Road at about 9 a.m. and police found that he was driving while under the influence of a CNS depressant, according to police.
He was also found to be in possession of marijuana and Suboxone not in its original container and without a prescription, police said.

He was arrested at scene for driving under the influence of drugs, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, possession of controlled substances by ultimate users original container and multiple traffic infractions, police said.
Jensen was transported to police headquarters for processing, and brought to court for arraignment.
