Public Invited to Weigh In on Library's Proposed Interior Expansion

WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY — The public is invited to turn out and offer their views on the proposed interior expansion of the Westhampton Free Library.

A meeting will be held Wednesday from 6 pm. to 7 p.m. at the Library, located at 7 Library Avenue in Westhampton Beach

"Completing the Vision – Building Our Future Together," will focus on the first of a series of design charrettes facilitated by H2M architects + engineers to explore and compare opportunities for the proposed interior expansion of the Westhampton Free Library, based on the availability of additional development rights obtained by the Library through the Pine Barrens Credit Program, a release said.

"The consultant team of H2M architects + engineers will lead the Library’s stakeholders through an on-site design process to gather input and inspiration from all parties. Charrettes are a great opportunity to collaborate with design professionals and the Library, as well as to share and learn from the experiences of other community residents," the release said.
