Search on For Teen's Missing Surfboard; $250 Reward Offered

If you stole this surfboard from a devastated girl, 13, in Hampton Bays, have a heart. Bring it back.

HAMPTON BAYS, NY — The search is on to help one heartbroken girl find her stolen surfboard.

The young girl's cousin is helping to spread the word on social media. According to a flyer posted online, the surfboard was swiped from Ponquogue Beach in Hampton Bays Sunday.

A $250 cash reward is offered for the return of the board, which has great sentimental value.

"This young girl received the surfboard on her 8th birthday as a special gift and is emotionally attached to the board!" the heartfelt message read.

The pink, flowery surfboard is adorned with a large picture of Tinkerbell.

If found, the board can be brought back to Slo Jack's in Hampton Bays, where the "$250 cash reward will be handed to you immediately, no questions asked. Thank you for your help!"
