Westhampton Beach Resident Caught Driving Drunk: Police
The drunk driver was nabbed in Riverhead, police said.
WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY — A Westhampton Beach resident was charged with driving drunk in Riverhead, police said.
According to New York State Police, Edy J. Ventura-Perez, 26, of Westhampton Beach, was arrested on Sunday and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop for failing to maintain lane on Main Road in Riverhead.
Ventura-Perez was transported back to New York State Police Barracks Riverside and provided a positive breath sample of .14 percent BAC, police said.
