Westhampton Beach Student Involved In Swastika-Drawing Incident
Three students, one from Westhampton, two from East Hampton said they are responsible.

A Westhampton Beach high school student and two East Hampton students have been l after admitting to team, according to Interim Superintendent Richard Burns.
The students, said Burns, admitted to trespassing in the boys locker in East Hampton High School on Nov. 8 and drawing offensive, racially charged graffiti on a photograph of the boys varsity soccer team.
No charges are expected to be filed; however, East Hampton Police Detective Lt. Chris Anderson said on Thursday that the investigation is still ongoing. Previously, he stated that the case has not been labeled a hate crime despite the use of swastikas.

Superintendent Mike Radday said," There was a Westhampton Beach student there during the incident. We were made aware and dealt with it appropriately based on the student's level of involvement."
