Westhampton Free Library Begins Curbside Pickup

Regular curbside pickup has begun!

Alternatively, you can call us at the Library at 631-288-3335 beginning Monday, June 15 to place a reserve.

The hours the Library is taking phone calls are:

Monday – Friday: 9:30am to 2:30pm
Saturday: 11:30am to 3:30pm
Sunday: 10:30am to 2:30pm

After placing a reserve, another team staff member will call you to make an appointment to schedule a curbside pickup.

CURBSIDE PICKUP WILL BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY DURING THE FOLLOWING HOURS BEGINNING MONDAY JUNE 15:

Monday – Friday: 10:00am to 2:00pm
Saturday: Noon to 3:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am to 2:00pm

The area is marked off with yellow stripes. You will be entering from Library Avenue into our curbside lane and a staff member will authorize you into the lane based upon your time slot. Please do not arrive early as you will not be authorized to enter before your time slot. A staff member will put the materials in your popped trunk. PLEASE DO NOT EXIT THE VEHICLE AND MAKE SURE THE VEHICLE is in PARK! You must wear a mask while the staff member is putting the items in your vehicle. After the staff member closes your trunk, allow the staff member to return to the sidewalk before pulling away. Proceed to exit the curbside pickup area and continue to the municipal lot to exit the Library Parking Lot.

Enjoy your curbside materials until the next time you have a hold ready for pickup. Returns will not be accepted at curbside unless they are in the blue library provided bags. Returns that are not in the blue library provided bags may be returned to the book drop.

You may return items to the book drop located near the front doors of the Library.

IF YOU HAVE MAGAZINES, PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THEM. MAGAZINES ARE YOURS TO KEEP.

The book drop will be open:

Monday – Friday: 9:00am to 2:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am to 3:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am to 2:00pm

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE MATERIALS AT THE DOORS OF THE LIBRARY. THE BOOK DROP WILL BE CLOSED OUTSIDE THE ABOVE HOURS.
