- Man Drove Drunk With 3 Children In SUV: Police: A Flanders man was arrested Sunday night after he drove drunk with three children in his SUV and almost hit a New York State trooper in Riverhead, police said. According to New York State Police, at 8:05 p.m. the trooper was traveling east on Hubbard Avenue when Francisco Andres-Miguel, 45, who was driving a 2007 Honda Pilot, crossed over into the eastbound lane and into the trooper's path.
