Prosecutors detail the June crash, the delayed report, and the steep potential prison sentence as the case heads back to court in October.
• Glen Cove City School District appoints new math coordinator (longislandpress.com) — West Islip families may recognize educator Victoria Jablonski, who recently served as math coach and MTSS coordinator at Beach Street Middle School, as she steps into a districtwide math leadership role in Glen Cove. Her new position will shape K–12 math, computer science, and business programs, drawing on experience she honed while leading instruction and support initiatives in West Islip.
