Kids walking the street at night

At 4 in the morning, my husband was headed out to work.  In the middle of the street, he saw 5 girls hanging out.  The girls were approx. 14 or 15 years old.  No doubt, each one had told their parents that they were sleeping over the other ones' house.  Keep an eye on your teenagers and check their alibis before and after they leave the house!  Kids don't always make wise choices.
