WI School District & Community Recognizes Dan Toomey

Dan Toomey, of Atlantic Hyundai West Islip, a long time supporter of West Islip youth sports programs both on the town and high school levels was recently recognized for his years of support. 

Toomey, a lifelong resident of West Islip, was presented with a “Plaque of Recognition” at the Atlantic Hyundai showroom by the presidents of the WIHS Football Touch Down Club, Lacrosse Booster Club, and the Alumni Association, along with WIHS Athletic Director Tim Horan.

Toomey most recently supported the 15th Annual WIHS Golf Outing in which he was this year’s recipient of the Community Award.

Toomey's years of support has undoubtedly had a lasting impact on the community and youth of West Islip.
