About Islip Animal Shelter and Adopt A Pet Center
Come join us this Saturday, September 30th, for the annual Shelter's Choice Awards and Adopt-a-thon event! There will be vendor tables, tons of raffles, a hot dog truck, DJ, and more! Watch our adorable adoptables walk the red carpet and receive their (edible) awards for categories such as "Best Smile" and "Saddest Puppy-dog Eyes", and get your picture taken in our Puppy Photo Booth with some of our award winning adoptables! Take a walk through the shelter and see if your newest family member is waiting there for you- any applications submitted on Saturday qualify for a FREE adoption, but keep in mind, the shelter's standard application process still applies. This event is scheduled for 11a.m - 3p.m, rain or shine, so bring your family and friends, but please keep your pets at home.
