Free! Dog Education & Training Class – For people only!
The Town of Islip offers this to all with the next class on Wednesday, February 23rd, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Each one-time class will teach the basics of responsible dog ownership such as: basic training advice and techniques; puppy and dog behavior; dog park etiquette; and health and well being. This class is for people ONLY ...and you must call to reserve a seat. Parents a...re encouraged to bring children ages 10 and up. There is also a "doggie" bag loaded with treats and learning materials for you and your dog! Local dog trainer from Doggie U K9 Academy will be our guest trainer! They are great, don't miss this class.
