West Islip Council of PTAs Blood Drive

The West Islip School District Council of PTAs will be holding a blood drive on Monday, June 7 from 2:45 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. at the Udall Road Middle School, located at 900 Udall Road.

To donate blood, you must be between the ages of 17 and 76, weigh at least 110 pounds, have a valid I.D. and know your Social Security number and have had no tattoos or piercings within the last 12 months. Those who are 16 may donate blood with a signed permission slip. 

For questions concerning blood donations, call 1-800-688-0900. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are encouraged. Email wiblooddrive@optonline.net with your name, phone number and expected arrival time.
