ICYMI: Local Doctor Helps Rescue Man Who Fell In Great South Bay

GREAT SOUTH BAY, NY - A local doctor helped save a man who fell into the water in the Great South Bay on Friday afternoon.
Christoper Brennan was fishing with two friends near the Robert Moses Bridge close to the Coast Guard station between 11:50 a.m. and 12:54 p.m. when he saw a man walking towards the bow of the boat and then fall back into the water.

The man in the water began screaming "help" and the boat Brennan was on pulled their anchor up as soon as possible and drove over to the man.
