ICYMI: West Islip Man Charged With Drunk Driving: Police

HAMPTON BAYS, NY - A West Islip man was arrested after he was caught drunk driving in Hampton Bays on Saturday, according to State Police.
Sanford L Pines, 48, was arrested after a traffic stop for vehicle and traffic violations on northbound State Route 24 north of Sunrise Highway.

Police conducted an investigation as well as standardized tests which found Pines to be intoxicated, police said.
He was held for arraignment at Town of Southampton Court.
