The website ranked all 50 states based on factors such as performance, funding, safety, class size and instructor credentials.

New York was among the the states with the best school systems coming in at number 22 on the list. The state with the best school system in the country was Massachusetts.
New Mexico was ranked as the state with the worst school system in America.
