Try calling Optimum,you get a runaround because the customer service people know that it is all about giving you less service and charging more money.They also control channel 12 and Newsday that is why you haven't seen any protest.Try finding the backlash against them online,they have put stopgaps to prevent you from doing so.You thought the govt.was corrupt it's all over "BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING OVER US"Pass the word about Optimum to any one you can.Switch providers if you can.Go to yahoo.com and use it as your homepage.It has everything Optimum.net had and more .
