• Driver Seriously Injured When Vehicle Strikes Rear of Box Truck (lilifepolitics.com) — A serious early-morning crash in East Farmingdale sent three people, including a Copiague driver with serious injuries, to Good Samaritan University Hospital in West Islip. Suffolk County police impounded the Nissan for a safety check and examined the box truck at the scene, and detectives are asking anyone with information to contact the First Squad.
