• Motorcyclist seriously hurt in West Babylon wreck (greaterlongisland.com) — A motorcyclist injured in a collision in West Babylon is now being treated for serious but non-life-threatening injuries at Good Samaritan University Hospital in West Islip, drawing emergency focus to local medical services. Police impounded both vehicles for safety checks and are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to call Suffolk detectives with information.
