Suffolk County Arrest Report- January 15
A look at some recent arrests in the area, including two dozen driving while impaired charges.
All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate a conviction.
- Ricardo Bonilla, 34, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in North Amityville on Jan. 13 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Victor Starling, 27, of Wheatley Heights, was arrested in Wheatley Heights on Jan. 13 on a charge of third degree criminal sale of controlled substance
- Angel Alfano, 30, of Farmingdale, was arrested in West Babylon on Jan. 12 on charges of first degree robbery: use dangerous instrument and possession of a hypodermic instrument
- James Pabelonia, 26, of Valley Stream, was arrested in West Babylon on Jan. 12 on a charge of third degree rape
- Brett Thomas Sharpe, 19, of West Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon on Jan. 10 on a charge of assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon
- Brandon Dyrcz, 25, of South Setauket, was arrested in Deer Park on Jan. 9 on a charge of first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle
- Michael Cineas, 18, of East Islip, was arrested in Hempstead on Jan. 7 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny
- Syed Rizvi, 49, of East Northport, was arrested in East Northport on Jan. 13 on a charge of third degree sexual abuse
- Wayne Sutherland, 59, of East Northport, was arrested in East Northport on Jan. 13 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny
- Prince Ward, 48, of Greenlawn, was arrested in Greenlawn on Jan. 13 on a charge of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
- Phyllis Caparco, 38, of North Babylon, was arrested in Huntington on Jan. 9 on a charge of third degree grand larceny
- Michael Perkowski, 21, of Huntington, was arrested in Centerport on Jan. 7 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Joseph Marino, 36, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Bay Shore on Jan. 13 on two counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
- Brianna Olivo, 22, of North Babylon, was arrested in Bay Shore on Jan. 10 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
- German Ortiz Jr., 22, of Central Islip, was arrested in Hauppauge on Jan. 13 on a charge of second degree burglary
- Lynda Kircher, 44, of Farmingville, was arrested in Nesconset on Jan. 12 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Michael Bertucco, 38, of Farmingville, was arrested in Smithtown on Jan. 11 on charges of aggravated DWI and second degree criminal contempt
- Helena Feder, 51, of Commack, was arrested in Smithtown on Jan. 10 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
- Nicholas Mazzio, 50, of Rocky Point, was arrested in St. James on Jan. 7 on a charge of aggravated DWI
- Terrence Revere, 32, of Commack, was arrested in Commack on Jan. 7 on a charge of third degree grand larceny
- Danial Paolicelli, 52, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 12 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
- Gennaro Spaccarotella, 24, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 11 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
- Jhon Alvarado, 28, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 10 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Adam Benini, 34, of Rocky Point, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 10 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Corinne Gordon, 25, of Selden, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 9 on a charge of DWI-previous conviction in past 10 years
- Jaime Bruer, 36, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 9 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Vincent Licata, 23, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 9 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Morgan Minichello, 21, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 9 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Rachel Santiago, 40, of Holbrook, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 8 on a charge of third degree grand larceny
- John Pantijaras, 35, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Sayville on Jan. 8 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Alyssa Pupilla, 27, of Holtsville, was arrested in North Patchogue on Jan. 8 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Andrew Durham, 27, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 8 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Nat Sacco, 26, of Bohemia, was arrested in Selden on Jan. 13 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny
- Joseph Green, 38, of Farmingville, was arrested in Brookhaven on Jan. 13 on charges of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and acting in a manner injurious to a child under age 17
- Michael Argeropoulos, 21, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested in Selden on Jan. 12 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
- Emmanual Dilone, 24, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station on Jan. 10 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Maxwell Espinoza, 22, of Miller Place, was arrested Miller Place on Jan. 10 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Keith Cavallo, 26, of Setauket, was arrested in Setauket on Jan. 7 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Daniel Kaufman, 21, of Mount Sinai, was arrested in Mount Sinai on Jan. 7 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
