West Islip Brings The Numbers To Day Of Tuba
West Islip's contingent was the largest of any district at the event, which featured several hundred students from across the county.
From West Islip Schools: Students from five of West Islip’s schools – Bayview and Manetuck elementary schools, Beach Street and Udall Road middle schools, and the high school – participated in the Suffolk County Music Educators Association’s 37th annual Day of Tuba and Euphonium, held in November at Smithtown High School East. West Islip’s contingent was the largest of any district at the event, which featured several hundred students from across the county gathering for rehearsals, clinics and an evening performance.
