West Islip Massage Parlor Shut Down, 2 Arrested During Raid: PD

The business was closed down after officials found multiple code violations, police say.

WEST ISLIP, NY - Two women were arrested and a massage parlor was shut down during a raid in West Islip on Friday night, according to Suffolk County Police.

In response to several community complaints, officers conducted an investigation into illegal activities at a massage parlor on Higbie Lane and arrested two women at 8:20 p.m.

Cui Fang, of Bayside, and Duoxio Yang, of Flushing, both 39, were arrested during the raid, police said.

Fang was charged with one count of unauthorized practice of a profession and second degree criminal nuisance.

An investigation by the Town of Islip Fire Marshall revealed numerous occupancy and town code violations.

The business was shut down and summonses will be issued to the owner of the building, police said.

The women were held overnight at the Fourth Precinct.
