West Islip Welcomes Back Students For First Day Of School

WEST ISLIP, NY - From West Islip School District: The West Islip School District welcomed back students on Sept. 4, ushering in a new year of educational activities at the high school; Beach Street and Udall Road middle schools; and Bayview, Manetuck, Oquenock and Paul J. Bellew elementary schools.

“Beach Street had a great opening and we are excited for the new school year ahead,” said Principal Andrew O’Farrell.

“Our staff was thrilled to welcome back our students,” said Bellew Principal Rhonda Pratt. “We are ready for new learning, new initiatives and a continued focus on developing student leadership and citizenship.”
