• Injuries Reported in I-87 Westport Crash Involving Bus and Truck (uticaphoenix.net) — An early-morning crash on northbound I-87 in the Essex County town of Westport left both a bus driver and a tractor-trailer driver with non-life-threatening injuries, according to State Police. Investigators say an Adirondack Trailways bus struck the trailer of a Freightliner, sending the truck off the road into trees, and they are still working to determine what caused the collision and how it affected Northway traffic.
