Heineken USA Opens New Corp. HQ in White Plains Promoting Sustainability and Creativity

Last week, Heineken USA celebrated the grand opening of the company’s newly renovated, sustainable corporate headquarters in White Plains, NY.

The event kicked off with a ribbon cutting ceremony, in addition to a welcome speech from Heineken USA’s President and CEO Dolf van den Brink, who gave insight into how the new space will bring the brand’s  core values, operating principles and ways of working to life.

Local officials including White Plains Mayor,Tom Roach, President of Westchester Business Council, Marsha Gordon and Assemblyman, Bob Castelli attended the event, toasting to the company's continued commitment to Westchester County.

The modern, open-space office was designed to promote collaboration, creativity and passion, providing a more effective environment for employees to deliver on driving the growth of the organization and its brands.

Reinforcing its commitment to making a positive impact on White Plains and Westchester County, Heineken USA is working towards LEED Gold Certification of the reconstructed space. The company made a number of enhancements to minimize the environmental impact of the design and operations including reducing water usage by 32 percent and building with low emitting, non-toxic materials.

From the portfolio branded conference rooms to the artfully displayed barley, hops and yeast, it was clear to see how a passion for beer is ingrained throughout the new space and amongst Heineken’s employees.
