Atlantic Westchester Employee Wins Prestigious Industry “40 Under 40” Award by ACHR The News

Sean Dunleavy was recently named a 2017 recipient by ACHR The News for the publication's annual "40 Under 40" award

Sean Dunleavy was recently named a 2017 recipient by ACHR The News for the publication’s annual “40 Under 40” award. The award recognizes exceptional individuals under the age of 40 who are driving the HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) industry into the next generation.

Sean is the Director of Operations at Atlantic Westchester, Inc., a commercial and industrial HVAC business located in Bedford Hills, NY. Sean is responsible for the daily operations of the company, as well as maintaining over 100 long-term client relationships. Prior to his work at Atlantic Westchester, Sean worked as a field service technician at P.E. Control Services. He fast tracked from an entry level position to management in six years and is currently leading a five-million-dollar field service operation.

In addition to his work at Atlantic Westchester, Sean is an instructor at the local union hall teaching 4th year HVAC service technician apprentices. He also works with other instructors and vendors to keep up-to-date with the constantly evolving world of HVAC services.

“Sean has been a crucial contributor to Atlantic Westchester’s rapid, continued growth. Over the past 10 years, we have more than doubled in size.
