Bioscience Center Developer Looking for Incentives to Build in Valhalla

There was a promise to not seek property tax exemptions.

Tax breaks are on the wish list of a developer who wants to build a science and technology center in Valhalla.

Lohud.com said John Fareri of Fareri Associates is looking for incentives from the county and the Town of Mount Pleasant in order to make the $1.2 billion, 60-acre project come to fruition.

Fareri has said he promised to not try to get exemptions on property taxes.
