Bronx River Parkway Closed Due to Flooding
The route was temporarily closed at 12:30 p.m. on Monday

The New York State Department of Transportation Monday temporarily closed a portion of the Bronx River Parkway from the Sprain Brook Parkway in Yonkers to Exit 21-Main Street in White Plains due to flooding.
The route was temporarily closed at 12:30 p.m. and is expected to remain closed for eight hours, according to officials.
Earlier on Monday, the National Weather Service issued a Coastal Flooding Statement warning Westchester residents of possible flooding in certain low-lying areas.
