Come for the art, stay for the fun! ArtsWestchester welcomes you to Gallery Night Out: Sip &amp; Create, a monthly social for adults 18 and over in downtown White Plains. From February through December, a creative expert will lead guests through a hands-on art-making project designed to spark imagination.
Craft your own signature scent in this custom fragrance-blending workshop. Elevate your scent game by mixing and matching high-quality essential oils to create a personalized fragrance that perfectly captures the essence of summer. At the end of the workshop, each participant takes home a small bottle of finely crafted perfume.

In 2019, right before the world shut down, St John's Music Professors Dyan D and Danny Borg carefully crafted amazing courses working with the students in the Queens Campus. Danny and Rafael met at their time in NYU when they themselves were students. It was one afternoon where Danny united us all and formed our first version. Playing for the students and understanding the concept of spontaneity and improvisation. They loved it, and a new music bond and friendship was born. We are thrilled to be promoting our new album which comes out in 2024: The DRD Modern Organ Trio. Heartsong, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated volunteers to assist with our upcoming summer program!
We provide unique art, dance/movement, and music therapy sessions for individuals with developmental disabilities. 
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a meaningful impact on our community. 
Volunteer tasks:
Assist with session set-up and clean-up; Work directly with participants to engage them in therapy sessions under the guidance and supervision of our Lead Therapists
Volunteer requirements:
Must be 15 years of age or older; Must be able to demonstrate compassion, patience, and to follow directions; Must complete a volunteer application; Must commit to consistent schedule for our 4-day summer program: Dates: July 11th, July 18th, July 25th and August 1st. Time: 9:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.(commitment of one hour or more is appreciated)

It is a perfect summer event with over three hundred exhibitors from five states, with an excellent selection of arts and crafts, new retail items, unique gifts, home décor and festival foods. 
Shoppers can view a wide selection of handmade items including pottery, art, hand crafted jewelry, clothing, soaps, candles, photography, fiber to woodworkers, mixed media and more will be on display. Also, great retail booths featuring apparel, jewelry, children’s, garden items, toys, signs, home décor offer a great variety of unique shopping experiences.
Festival food favorites will be on hand with all kinds of delicious food and drinks including Cousins Lobster truck, empanadas, Italian, Greek, Jamaican, Latin, Thai, Mexican, Zeppole’s, American, NY Soda Jerks and more. “Marc Ciprut is a highly talented and versatile guitarist, songwriter and producer hailing from the Big Apple. With a career spanning several decades, Ciprut has established himself as a force of intense musicality in the jazz genre. Ciprut’s sound is a unique fusion of Blues, Jazz and Fusion and his music is a perfect blend of the old and the new sounds of Jazz, with an unmistakable energy and groove that will captivate your senses”. Brice Borman (Chalked Up Reviews) Marc Ciprut is a guitarist/songwriter/producer from New York. His music is influenced by the many different musicians he grew up listening to. Everyone from Jimi Hendrix, Wes Montgomery, George Benson and Grant Green to Stevie Wonder, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin and Donny Hathaway. His music reflects these influences in his own unique way. It’s a mix of Blues, Rock and Jazz. Marc’s early years found him performing and recording in New York with everyone from Joss Stone and The Baha Men to Lenny White and Kenwood Denard. In recent years he has turned his attention to writing and producing music for himself as well as various other artists. His album “Blue House”, which was released in 2023 drew rave reviews from critics and musicians alike. “Marc Ciprut’s style is perfectly recognizable, producing a pleasant, rich, and surprising album here, never allowing the listener to escape”.
