City To Consider Rezoning White Plains Mall

The developer wants to construct a mixed-use residential-retail space.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — A public hearing has been scheduled to discuss a proposed land-use change that could replace the White Plains Mall with a retail and residential development. WP Mall Realty, the developer, wants to build 600 residential units, retail space, food hall and a 720-space parking garage on the 3.74-acre site on Hamilton Avenue.

The location is currently zoned for business, lohud.com said. [Get Patch’s Daily Newsletter and Real Time News Alerts here.]
