City Of White Plains : Presidents Day Holiday - All City Offices Closed. Changes To Sanitation Schedule

In observance of Presidents’ Day, all City offices will be closed on Monday, February 21st and there will be no garbage pick-up that day. There will be no paper recycling this week. Paper recycling will resume on Wednesday, March 2nd.

If you live on a Monday / Thursday collection route, your trash will be collected on Tuesday and Thursday this week. If you live on a Tuesday / Friday collection route, your trash will be collected on Wednesday and Friday. Mixed recycling will be picked up as usual. Once again, there will be no paper pick up this week.
