1. 2 Hudson Valley Postal Workers Stole Hundreds Of Gift Cards From The Mail: DOJ (patch.com) — White Plains residents are learning that a former clerk at the city's USPS Processing & Distribution Center is accused of stealing more than 200 gift cards from mail handled there, then using them with an accomplice. Federal prosecutors in the White Plains office say the alleged scheme, spanning multiple states and years, has led to several felony charges aimed at protecting trust in the local mail system.

EDF power solutions North America and New York Power Authority Announce Partnership for Rich Road Solar Project - EDF power solutions North America (edf-re.com) — Announced from White Plains, the New York Power Authority is taking majority ownership of a 240‑megawatt solar project in St. Lawrence County that will support hundreds of union construction jobs. Once operating, it will feed bill credits to low‑income New Yorkers through NYPA's REACH program, highlighting how a White Plains–based authority is steering major clean‑energy investments statewide.
